N.Z Judge, Christine Marilyn Lowe gives her critique on Ashdene Eternal Vision
This is a video that his previous owners, David and Louise Lee put together for me in 2014. It was his first show season, and he went on to win Cat of the Year in their cat council, Catz Inc. Gold.Dbl.Gd.Ch. Ashdene Eternal Vision was very popular with all judges
A hearty congratulations to ASHDENE ETERNAL VISION (Imp.Aust) a gorgeous Shaded Silver Persian, who last night, took out CATZ Inc.Championship CAT OF THE YEAR!! at the Annual CATZ Inc.BAST and A-CAT-EMY AWARDS dinner! Breeder Dianne Hayes of Ashdene Persians, Australia, and owners Louise and David Lee have every reason to be proud of their (Henry Silvercoat), who was a delight to watch on the show bench and who took everything in his stride like a professional. The Award was super sweet as it was presented by a NZ Longhair Judge of long standing and experience with Persians and particularly silvers, Mrs Judy Prikkel, who honoured us with her attendance. No doubt some more photos will emerge of the Awards Night presentations as time passes. John Smithson. John Smithson. Thank you so much for showing my baby so exquisitely. Congratulations!!

The pleasure of handling this fine exhibit was truly all mine! Beautifully balanced, lovely boning, fabulous type and immaculate presentation, all added up to a well-deserved Best LH Kitten, and Best All-Breed Kitten against some fierce competition I might add, from a simply superb Cream Burmese male and an exquisite Chocolate Tabby LH Scottish Fold, who were also in the running. So this kitten truly earned his accolades. He is still very young and I look forward to seeing him continue to develop as time goes by. Congratulations!

ASHDENE STANDING OVATION, a Seal Silver Tabby-point Himalayan, bred and owned by D. Hayes. What a darling wee baby, only 12 weeks old, but beautifully balanced. Exceptional Persian type, especially his head, with a very short but wide snub nose, huge round eyes of excellent shape and depth of colour, giving him a sweet expression. Firm chin, and possibly best doming on a kitten I have ever had the pleasure of assessing. A male with a sweet and easy temperament, who handled well. Beautifully presented. Faultless Persian profile. Nose leather to the standard, ear markings showing delicate silver tipping and the hint of thumbprints. Good boning for his stage of development and delicate but obvious colour tipping to the tail hair. This is one to watch! Best Himalayan, Best Persian Kitten, Best LH Kitten in Show. My personal choice for Best overall exhibit.
